Harold Miner, Florida TSA Executive Director
hminer@usa2net.net
Allow me to introduce myself. I am a retired (2005) classroom instructor, who has used the Technology Student Association (TSA) as an integral part of my professional life since 1979. During my 32 years in the classroom I found TSA to be the missing link between my class just being another class, and being an opportunity for growth and excitement.
I recently accepted the position of Executive Director for the Florida TSA. I am looking forward to playing a new role in this vital organization. One of my numerous responsibilities is to continue the growth of FL TSA, which fits well with my personality, since I strongly believe that every technology classroom in the nation, and more importantly Florida should participate, in the Technology Student Association. Not only can I say that my students benefited from our TSA experiences, but I can say that I benefited from my participation both personally and professionally.
I look forward to the challenges this year will bring. I also hope to enjoy sharing the educational experiences, leadership, and fun that Florida TSA will bring to its membership. I hope to see all of you at the state conference in April, if not sooner! Should you need anything, please call or email. I don't claim to have all the answers, but one of my jobs is to help you find those answers.
